Powering the Range hood
The power switch is at the top of the range hood. Make sure it's turned on and plugged in.
Operating the Range hood
The front of the Rangehood consists of five buttons.
- The on and off button.
- The button for the light.
- Three buttons for the three types of fan speeds.
Cleaning the Range hood
The exterior of the range hood has a powder-coated finish.
- Using a general-purpose cleaner, will be suitable to clean your range hood.
- Try to avoid harsh or abrasive solutions.
Maintenance of the Filters
This range hood is equipped with two grey filter strip, each secured with a tab at the front.
- Pull each strip towards the wall to remove them, allowing them to slide out.
- Every few months, soak filters in warm soapy water and clean them well. Ensure filters are completely dry before reinserting into the range hood.
Understanding Ventilation
Depending on the layout of your VanHome, the range hood's ventilation may work differently.
- If your van has an exterior wall at the back of the kitchen, the air from the range hood will be expelled outside.
- If a bedroom is behind the range hood, the filtered clean air will circulate back through the top of the range hood.
